Proscuitto cups with Pear



While searching for a great Thanksgiving appetizer I came across Martha Stewart's Crispy Proscuitto cups with Pear, since "Martha" has mastered the art of entertaining I figured I couldn't go wrong!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe Bartlett pear, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Supplies:
Mini cupcake tin

Method

Step one: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 

Step two: Cut (or rip) prosciutto into small squares. Place two squares overlapping  in each cup of a mini cupcake tin. 


Step two: In a small bowl mix pear and lemon. Place pear mixture into each prosciutto "cup".  


Step three: Place in oven and bake until fat turns golden, about 15 minutes.
