Goat Cheese Crostini with Fig, Proscuitto and Mint


This crostini is a delicious, easy summer appetizer! The sweet taste of the mint leaf balanced with the salty proscuitto creates a unique flavor that people love! Enjoy!


Ingredients:

French Baguette
Fig spread (I recommend the brand Dalmatia)
Goat Cheese
Olive Oil
Salt and Freshly ground Pepper
Balsamic Vinegar
Mint leaves


Process:

Step one: Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step two: Slice baguette into 1/4 inch pieces.
Step three: Bake in oven until crisp.
Step four: Brush each baguette slice with olive oil and spread a thin layer of goat cheese.
Step five: Generously spread fig spread.
Step six: Place proscuitto slice and mint leaf on each slice.
Step seven: Sprinkle balsamic vinegar.
Step eight: Serve!
