Sunday Summer Dinner Soft Shell Crabs

Welcome to A City Kitchen, thanks for stopping by, this is my first posting so we will see how it goes!

Sunday Summer Dinner Soft Shell Crabs are the perfect easy, yet exciting and unexpected dish for entertaining or just a quiet summer night at home!

Ingredients:
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Flour
Soft Shell Crabs: (I suggest going to your local fish market, Whole Foods or Citarella for the best, fresh soft shell crabs. I recommend buying two softshells crabs for person (three if you are feeding hungry men!) Make sure to ask to have the crabs cleaned, this will save you some time at home.
Old Bay Seasoning: Old Bay can be found at any grocery store in the spice/seasoning aisle, here is a picture to help you find it:

Step one: Place your soft shell crabs in a large ziploc bag with flour, salt, pepper and old bay seasoning. Leave in room temperature for 30 minutes.

Step two: Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in medium skillet.

Step three: Place soft shell crabs in skillet, cook for 3 minutes.

Step four: Turn crabs and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Enjoy!

Note:
Recipe is for six soft shell crabs, serves 3
