Kale chips are the perfect, light summer snack! Simple,easy and quick!
Ingredients:
1 head of Kale, chopped into small pieces
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Method:
Step one: Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Step two: Place kale pieces on a tin foil lined baking sheet, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step three: Bake for 30 minutes.
