Avocado Toast



This recipe comes from Cafe Gitane on 242 Mott Street in NYC. The cafe is a great place for a laid back week night meal with an excellent Moroccan influenced menu! This starter dish is an VERY easy, delicious lunch recipe!
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado 
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Red pepper flakes
Good olive oil
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
2 slices Hearty multi-grain bread (whichever if your favorite!)
Process:
Step one: Toast bread. Liberally spread olive oil over toast.
Step two: Mash avocado in small bowl, mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Step three: Spread avocado mix over bread.
Step four: season with red pepper flakes.
